Our agency streamlined Xenios' medical device communication with an interactive micro-site, enhancing engagement, and boosting their industry leadership.
Xenios, a pioneer in providing advanced medical devices for lung, heart, and kidney treatment. While their Xenios Platform boasted groundbreaking capabilities, conveying its intricacies and advantages to hospital purchasing teams proved a formidable task.
Xenios sought a solution to make the Xenios Platform accessible, modern, and visually engaging for a quick comprehension by the purchasers.
The challenge was crystal clear: How could Xenios effectively showcase the Xenios Platform to these teams, simplifying the understanding of these life-saving devices?
To address Xenios' challenge, our agency embarked on a creative journey to design an interactive micro-site that would not only simplify the understanding of the Xenios Platform but also make it an enjoyable experience. Our approach was to create a drag-and-drop game, allowing users to assemble parts of the Xenios Platform within a 30-second timeframe.
Our project's foundation was laid upon a thorough understanding of the Xenios Platform and its intricate components. In our quest for innovation, we looked to engaging and educational games such as Little Alchemy and Pyramid Building for inspiration. These games exemplified the power of interactive experiences and guided us in shaping our approach.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of the product, we visited the site and personally explored the Xenios Platform. This hands-on approach allowed us to interact directly with the device, providing us with an in-depth and practical experience.
Our team of designers and developers crafted an engaging drag-and-drop game, where users could virtually assemble different parts of the Xenios Platform. Our design emphasized simplicity and clarity to ensure that users of all backgrounds could navigate the micro-site effortlessly.
Recognizing the importance of accessibility, our development team ensured that the micro-site was responsive and optimized for various devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
Our project revolutionized Xenios' engagement with hospital purchaser teams. The interactive micro-site significantly improved Xenios Platform understanding, replacing conventional documentation with a captivating experience.
The onboarding process streamlined to just 30 seconds, while, at the game's conclusion, we seamlessly collected contacts from relevant medical industry practitioners and decision-makers.
This modern, interactive approach not only enhanced engagement but eased data collection. This reaffirms Xenios' position as a customer-centric leader in the medical device sector.
